After our initial consultation comes scheduling your first appointment. We offer in-person appointments as well as telehealth for Texas residents, and telehealth for California residents. You'll get access to a secure, HIPAA-compliant portal where you'll review and sign documentation and complete questionnaires. Completing the forms before our initial appointment allows for more time in session getting to know each other instead of completing paperwork. Next is the first appointment — this is where we begin to build a professional relationship and set goals for what you want to work on. It's more of a “meet and greet” session that helps build trust and establish safety. Then come ongoing appointments, where we dive in and move toward the goals you've set — one step at a time, individualized to your needs. This is your time, your space, your voice.

Pursuant to Texas House Bill 4224 (89th Regular Session) and Section 181.105 of the Texas Health and Safety Code, Rooted Healing Therapy provides the following information regarding access to health care records, regulatory oversight, and complaint procedures.

Access to Health Care Records

Clients have the right to request access to or copies of their health care records. Requests must be submitted in writing to Rooted Healing Therapy — Email info@rootedhealing.co, Phone (940) 217-5834. All requests are processed in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.

Licensing & Regulatory Oversight
