Meet the Team

My name is Briana Sampson and I am Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in California (#108056) and Texas (#204978) . I believe it is a gift as a therapist to provide a space for clients to feel safe, supported, and heard. There are experiences in life that challenge us and promote growth. I am grateful to be here alongside the vulnerability of my clients doing this meaningful work.  Reflecting back, I found my interest in the helping profession was sparked before I knew it. Throughout my life I had observed a desire to help others, and a passion for letting others feel heard. It became clear to me that my role was to walk beside individuals and assist people in their journey to sit with discomfort, be empowered, and embrace the change they want to see for themselves. Life can be hard at times, and you do not need to face these challenges alone. 

I value genuineness and authenticity. You are important, and your voice deserves to be heard. Everyone is unique, and no experience is the same. I love working with people and providing a safe space for you to be yourself. I am not here to change you, I am here to work with you to promote the changes you want to see in your life. Healing, growth, and change are possible.
